What to have ready

Photos of the room, any products, tile, or materials you are considering, and the question. That's it. No plans, no measurements, no homework.

What this doesn't include

We won't send drawings or a written report afterward. You're buying an hour of judgment on one decision, and that's usually the thing people are short of.
