Chelsea Pied-à-Terre

Living in a landmarked brownstone with a backyard in New York City can be a dream come true, but can also come with its challenges. Our clients loved that their home had a close proximity to the High Line and Hudson Yards, but were frustrated with the lack of light in their apartment.

We were tasked with renovating the kitchen, unifying an imperfectly shaped living/dining space, and creating a verdant garden to entertain their hybrid-commuting friends and colleagues. Photography by Paul Maklary.
